Booking & Payment

Reservations

All reservations must be made through our direct booking system or by contacting us directly. We require a minimum 2-night stay during regular season and a 3-night minimum for holiday periods.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit due at time of booking to secure your reservation
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
• All rates are subject to applicable taxes

Pricing

Rates vary by season, cabin selection, and length of stay. Please contact us for current pricing and availability. Book direct to get the best rates without third-party booking fees.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
• No-shows or early departures: No refund

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or documented emergencies that prevent travel, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a credit for future use.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Times

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and additional fees)

Arrival Instructions

Detailed driving directions and access instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. The cabins are in a remote location-please plan accordingly and arrive during daylight hours if possible, especially for first-time visitors.

House Rules

Occupancy

• The Ledge: Maximum 6 guests
• Outlaw Hollow Hideout: Maximum 4 guests
• No additional guests or visitors without prior approval
• All guests must be registered at time of booking

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. While our properties offer privacy, sound can carry in the gorge.

Smoking

All cabins are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only, with proper disposal of cigarette butts. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking.

Events & Parties

Small gatherings may be permitted with prior approval. Large parties, weddings, or events require special arrangements and additional fees. Contact us to discuss your plans.

Safety & Respect for Property

Outdoor Safety

• The properties feature dramatic cliffs and natural hazards. Use extreme caution near edges.
• Supervise children at all times
• Wear appropriate footwear when exploring the property
• Be aware of wildlife-this is their home too
• Follow Leave No Trace principles when exploring

Property Care

• Treat the cabins and furnishings with respect
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
• Do not move furniture without permission
• Clean up after yourself-basic tidying is expected
• Take trash to designated areas

Hot Tub Use (The Ledge)

• Maximum capacity: 6 people
• Shower before entering
• No glass containers in or around hot tub
• Close cover when not in use
• Report any issues immediately

• Outdoor gear appropriate for your activities
• Flashlight or headlamp for nighttime
• Any special equipment for activities

Liability & Insurance

Guests assume all risk and liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during their stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
